Mastervolt’s range of battery chargers comprises more than 20 different models. The IVO Smart series has been developed for the smaller sized service batteries and can be fixed in place or used mobile. Mass battery chargers have been developed especially for larger installations. Both charger types operate according to the so-called high frequency technique, in which advanced microprocessors combine a myriad of functions. All our battery chargers have a similar effect on the batteries they recharge, whether service, starter or bowthruster batteries. As a result, the batteries generate more power, recharge more quickly and have a longer life.
Models are available from 10 amp to 100 amp with either 12, 24 or 48V outputs. AC input options are either 230V (full output between 180-260V) and 117V (full output between 90-132V) with all models able to run from either 50 or 60 Hz.
For the larger vessel, Mastervolt’s professional range of Mass chargers has been specifically designed to operate in parallel to enable you to build a charging system to meet the needs of vessels with high power requirements.
Mastervolt also presents the new series ChargeMaster full automatic battery chargers. Designed for small, medium and large sized recreational and semi-professional systems, the ChargeMaster range of chargers have autoranging AC input of 90-260V, & 50 or 60 Hz allowing the chargers to be used anywhere in the world. The ChargeMaster can also charge up to three battery sets simultaneously.
